Pisang Fritters

Primary duty of my sister’s maid is to take care my two nieces.

Whenever she has the chance to cook, she will make some of her Indonesian specialties.

Her chilli ikan bilis is sedap!

Last week, she wanted to make some pisang fritters. So Mum went to buy her a bunch of bananas. But it was too hard to fry it.

So, we fridged the bananas for a week.

Dont be disgusted by the black appearance.

The texture was in perfect condition for the fritters.

Self-rising flour and water to make a batter.

Sliced bananas into bite-size.

Deep-fry till golden brown. Just take a few minutes. A very quick process.

Taste at its best when eaten hot!!
